This is bigly important. Previously twice impeached and thrice indicted former President Donald Trump was indicted along with 18 of his close conspirators. The indictment which has 41 counts, including 161 separate criminal acts, under RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) charges are something that are a nightmare for Trump and his lawyers Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Sydney Powell, Kenneth Chesebro, Jenna Ellis, and Jeffery Clark, Trump’s former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, and more. There is one un-indicted co-conspirator, indicating that at least on person present at a White House meeting on December 18th in which they and Trump plotted ways to overturn the election.
Trump faces 13 felony charges. If the names seem familiar to you they should. In the weeks after the election all were involved in Georgia and many other states. Trumps name is mentioned 193 times and even the charges not directly tied to him, his name is mentioned. Unlike the Federal indictments, there is no way that Trump should he become President cannot interfere with the indictment or any conviction.
For those not acquainted this RICO charges, they are used not just to get the low ranking “foot soldiers” involved in the crimes, but the kingpins erspiele for those actions. Defendant Giuliani should be very aware of RICO having used it in the Mafia Commission Trial or United States v. Anthony Salerno, et al, in which he brought the heads of the five major New York crime families in 1985 in which he practically patented the perp walk. RICO indictments almost always result in convictions.
The introduction is clear and unambiguous.
Act 90 is particularly interesting:
Acts 124 and 125 link the actions of Trump and his co-conspirators in Georgia to a broader effort across several states and the U.S. Senate to overthrow the election.
To make matters more interesting the prosecution only needs to prove any two of the 161 separate crimes to get a conviction under RICO. Likewise, if convicted, there is mandatory jail time as the sentencing guidelines require it. For those wanting to see the twice impeached and now four times indicted former President dressed in orange this is probably the the best chance to see it.

More to come. Since I wasn’t expecting this indictment tonight, I was working on a new section of my Dan Sickles story which hopefully I will publish tomorrow, no surprises interrupting.
