It kinda hit home in an unexpected way.
When our youngest daughter was five she was contracted to perform in a movie and required to joint SAG(Screen Actors Guild), and could be required to perform as specified by the director.
I noticed that the child actor (Coogin), was required to kiss Chaplin on the lips on three occasions. While there was a court case that required to Jackie’s money to be kept separate from his parents, the physical intimacy was permitted.
The rules keep changing, but at least there were rules. The direction we’re heading in is “institutionalized anarchy and certified corruption. As long as the ruler controls the judiciary -anything goes!
