Many thanks for your devotion.

The personal addendum makes me realize how much we all have in common! Your sensitivity to family is laudable, and we cannot failed to be moved.

The historic references are impressive and l will send your post to my husband who is a history buff with a special interest in US politics! The fact that he has long-term health has been a challenge throughout our marriage which commenced in 1973!

Harry and l were political activists in high school. We marched and protested and campaigned and collected signatures. Ultimately he graduated from law school and had a long career as a criminal prosecutor.

I won’t say that we have had a perfect marriage, but each of us admits we wouldn’t have been so productive without the assist of each other!

The future will be in the hands of our children and grandchildren. We’re thankful that our grandparents decided to leave “the old country” (Poland-Ukraine-Austria), and provide for a better life for their descendants.

Even as we face uncertainty, we appreciate our ability to reach out via the internet and share our thoughts with strangers whom we share common concerns. As we adapt to changing circumstances we can look back and learn from the past!

Thanks for being a significant part of the process!

Looking forward to more content from you.

Babette,

Thank you so much. I will try to post again tomorrow. Today got really busy. All the best to you and your husband. Judy is a wonderful and artistic person who I love and have been married to for 41 years. We have had our struggles but continue on.

Peace and and all the best,

Steve

Your reply, and a phone call from my long-time partner just about made my day.

Harry and I will go for a shady walk later and avoid over-exertion.

Now we're all waiting for Kamala's choice!!
