The only point I would add is that there is some evidence that Hitler was originally looking at deporting the Jews, to the Holy Land or Africa, instead of slaughtering them. I'd be interested in seeing your take on the shift in Nazi ideology from deportation to mass execution. Or have I missed another one of your wonderful tracts? (You know me, a day late and MANY dollars short. ;) )
