Such interesting, horrifying information that I did not know. It did seem to me that the real intention of Trump and his coconspirators, even before election loss in 2020, was to overturn the government to more match their various desires. In some respects Trump has been “blessed” to have such large and diverse groups of people seeking to place someone in control who can give them the power they seek. And since Trump thinks of these helpers as mere steps to his own power, won’t it be something to see if Trump puts up with the factions that have already begun putting pressure on him to carry out their demands? I suppose he thinks he can manage them all. I doubt it. Putting that aside, the kinds of people Trump has inspired makes me so concerned for our relatives, friends, and neighbors who are not white - and the people who have spoken out against Trump.
If you preach righteousness and perform heracy, your credibility is zilch, nada, zero. Politics and religion is a dangerous combo that has triggered persistent conflicts throughout history.
Why must our deepest beliefs be an rational for inequality and oppression? What is the point of vowing a commitment to hypocritical precepts that are an excuse for armed conflict and state-sponsored misery?
If there is a difference between truth and fiction, the advocy of injustice has no place in such a realm. Our blind adherence to tyrannical rule is a recipe for disaster. Ignorance is no excuse for obedience, when the outcome is certain travesty and renewed suffering. Sooner or later a price will be paid, and the cost will be incalculable!
